Real Estate goes up and Real Estate goes down.  It has never been a straight line.  Now over time it has gone up more than down and that’s what makes it a winning investment and a place to store wealth. BUT what if you DID want to know when the market might shift.  Well you might want to watch one thing I watch and that is the single family housing starts.  There is a specific reason I have discovered that makes this an important matrix to track and I’ll tell you why here and what I am looking for in the future.
