My introduction to sales came early—at 14, working with a local Rescue Squad, calling through the phone book to ask for donations. It required confidence, persistence, and the ability to connect quickly with people I’d never met. Just as importantly, it instilled a strong sense of discretion and respect—qualities that remain essential when working with clients today.

I first saw Lake Norman in 2004 while visiting a family member who had a second home here, and it stuck with me. There was something about the way people lived—the pace, the water, the sense of community—that felt different from anywhere else. After that trip, the idea of living here didn’t really go away. A move from the Raleigh area soon followed, and Lake Norman has been home ever since.

More than a decade of living and working in the area brings a level of perspective that goes beyond basic market knowledge. From waterfront properties and established neighborhoods to emerging communities and hidden opportunities, understanding the nuances of each area makes a meaningful difference.
